Our Mission

"Every person deserves the chance to learn, to heal, and to thrive — no matter where they were born."

We work alongside local leaders to build programs that last: community-owned, culturally rooted, and measured by real change in real lives.

Our Founder

Amb. Juliet I. Anosike

Ambassador Juliet I. Anosike founded the Juliet Patrick Outreach Foundation to bring hope, dignity, and practical help to families and communities around the world. Based in the Denver area, she leads the foundation's outreach, volunteer, and community programs.

She is also an author of faith-based devotionals and prayer books written for women and families walking through grief, exhaustion, rejection, and new beginnings, combining Scripture, reflection, prayer, and journaling to help readers heal one honest day at a time.

Full-term fees for children with no one else to pay them.

  • Uniform & Shoe Grants

The one thing that keeps a child from being turned away at the gate.
